Why Chili you ask? Why not I respond? Everyone loves chili and everyone has their favorite recipes. As a Prize-winning chili chef, an entrepreneur, and an experienced home cook and caterer I saw that, while Northern Colorado has a diverse and fabulous food scene, a great chili experience had yet to be discovered. Sure, there are some local eateries that make a terrific bowl of red, and some even make a good chile verde, but there was no one focusing only on CHILI and all the international and exquisite flavor combinations that can be concocted. With that mission in mind, Fly By Chili was born, and I invite you to join in my tasty little adventure should you choose to accept.
